4YZ-4B self-propelled corn combine harvester is mainly composed of picking table, shredder, elevator, peeling device, cab, electrical system, walking chassis, engine, ear box, hydraulic system, etc.

 

This machine is mainly used for corn picking, peeling, packing and field transportation. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, small turning radius, easy operation, durability, safety, easy maintenance, good sight of the driver, etc., which can effectively reduce the labor intensity of the machine and improve labor productivity.

 

Working principle: When the corn harvester walks, the corn stalk is guided into the picking guide trough by the plucking chain and plucking device. After the plucking chain is pulled into the picking roller, the stalk is grabbed by the relatively rotating picking stick, and the ear is pulled off by the squeezing action of the picking roller. The picked ear is transported to the peeling machine by the elevator, and after peeling, it falls into the ear box. The full ear box is controlled by the hydraulic device to turn over at a certain Angle, and the ear is unloaded directly into the transport car.
